Kitchen Knife and Knife Sharpener Set

Description

This offer includes a premium knife sharpener with a kitchen knife. A non-sliding sharpener feature sharpens knives quickly and safely. The convenient handle has a comfortable grip that stabilizes the sharpener while using. Made of tungsten steel, zirconia ceramic, and rubber.

Using instructions:

• Place sharpener on a solid flat surface. Hold the sharpener with one hand and making sure to place fingers in the finger guard.
• With the other hand, place the knife blade in the V-shaped notch in the sharpener. Keeping the knife at about a 90 degree angle to the sharpener, use light downward pressure and draw knife towards you past the point of the blade.
• Approximately 2 or 3 passes in this manner should be sufficient to return you blades to “like new” condition. More passes may be required for extremely dull blades. Wash the knife before using.
• To sharpen shears, hold them with light downward pressure and draw shears through the V-shaped notch past the point of the blade.
• The knife sharpener may be cleaned with a soft brush.

This knife sharpener is not suitable for sharpening serrated blades.

The sharpener hangs for easy storage. 8 inches long by 2.5 inches wide by 3 inches deep. The included knife is 9.5 inches long with a 5 inch blade.
