Return Policy

We want your experience to be safe and responsive to your needs. With some restrictions (noted below), we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs may apply. The item must be returned in the original condition and packaging to be accepted. We will do everything we can to make your return a seamless experience.

Damaged or defective goods are 100% returnable and will be replaced as quickly as possible. If shipping damage occurs, please take a picture of the outside carton, the broken item and internal packaging so we may file claim with the carrier. Email or text to the contacts listed below.

Please include your contact information with your return request. We will want to find the fastest and easiest way of solving your problem and you will get a personal response to your request.

The following items may not be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Bundled items (unless all items are returned)
  • Items that would pose a health risk. This would include clothing that has been worn, washed or removed from the original packaging.

To initiate a return you may email or call us between 8:00AM and 5:00PM daily. If calling please leave the nature of your return and a return number and we will call you back promptly. We strive to return your email within 24 hours.
